  To support working parents, we are planning to establish an in-house daycare center. This will enable employees with young children to commute together and better manage both childcare and career responsibilities.
• Flexible Work Support Using Menstrual Leave
  We recognize the importance of supporting physical well-being. Employees can take advantage of remote work options during their menstrual period, offering flexibility and comfort to match their individual needs.
